Activity option 1

AI-generated anthem for VENZO

Participants must define the concept, mood and style of a new VENZO anthem, write the lyrics, and then prompt the AI ​​to compose the song. It must be presented before tonight's gala dinner, and a vote will determine a winner.

  • Purpose: This song production is a tool for having participants try new tools and but the emphasis is on the content - what is a good company song for VENZO like?

  • Duration: 2-8 hours

Conversational Smørrebrød

A number of special and very special ingredients are made available along with the question: If Venzo was an open sandwich, what would it consist of? Each ingredient should have a purpose and the group should be asked to motivate the choice of ingredients. Also, have a volunteer eat the open sandwiches (while being filmed).

  • Purpose: The food production is a ruse for a communications about what sets VENZO apart, what symbolizes VENZO’s culture and how that translates into another medium. The resulting smørrebrød might end up looking quite different than normal smørrebrød.

With very few props, participants must recreate the history's defining moments. Roles must be assigned, texts must be written, and costumes must be worn. History must be documented by the participants with their own smartphones so that it can be shown to everyone before the gala dinner.

Purpose: The video production is a tool for having participants discussing about what puts VENZO apart, and what they like and what they think other people should know about VENZO.

  • Purpose: This game has the point of having participants discuss what matters, and and unleash their imagination as well as creativity.

  • Duration: 2-8 hours

A new recruitment video for VENZO

Using their own smartphones, participants must discuss what Venzo's unique selling point is in the competition for the best talent. They must write a text for a recruitment video and put it into action. Ready. Rolling - Action! Of course, the result must be filmed and screened at the evenings gala dinner.

  • Purpose: The video production is a tool for having participants discussing about what puts VENZO apart, and what they like and what they think other people should know about VENZO.

How It Works
  • Would you like a deep dive in one activity for all? Or do you prefer that each choose their preferred activity. Or should all be rotating between all activities?

  • Not all activities are quick and carefree. Some take more time. We are open to discussing the setup that fits your group.

  • It looks like play. But the conversation is the X-factor. Let participants know that they are participating in a playful setting where the conversation and interaction is intended.

  • We always try to use surroundings and nature as a backdrop for the activities. Dress appropriately.

  • With many participants, we run a tight schedule. We try to keep waiting time at a minimum. Punctuality helps.
