In Europe or at home

What is it

  • 3 days focused on play based exercises around community and conversations at work (coaching approach, team challenges, fun activities).

  • Can be at your own premises or as a company trip, combining your usual company event with work on culture.

  • All multi-day experiences include workshops on the following topics:

    • Active listening and radical curiosity.

    • Ownership vs. Openness. We explore roles and responsibilities in an organization and how they impact expectations for innovation and personal influence on work life

    • Mirror, Mirror on the wall… Learn from the best: Your colleagues. and now, copy them! We explore how reflective observation can propel execution and innovation.

    • Mindful agility. How good are you at absorbing change?

How do we use play as a Tool?

Through our coaching approach, we strengthen your internal culture so people are happier and increase appreciation of their workplace. By pairing great destinations with guided communications experiences, not forgetting all the usual fun, we go one step deeper than a typical trip.

Our programs create moments of gratitude and build trust across teams, turning shared fun into real connection, clearer values and everyday teamwork.

The result: memorable experiences that improve morale, collaboration and long-term performance.

❋ Intentional Structure

Each activity is fun and playful, and will blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Led by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose..

❋ A Supportive Space

Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.
