Activity example 1

AI-generated company anthem

Participants must define the concept, mood and style of a new company anthem, write the lyrics, find the music style and find the form, and then prompt the AI ​​to compose the song. The song will be performed as a sing along and is sure to get everyone join in unison.

  • Purpose: Song creation serves as a way for participants to experiment with new tools, but the primary focus is on the content—exploring the organization’s identity, its atmosphere, and how that essence might be expressed through music.

Conversational Smørrebrød

A selection of special and very special ingredients is provided, along with the question: If your organisation were an open sandwich, what would it consist of? Each ingredient must serve a purpose, and the each participant is asked to explain and motivate their choices. A conversation starter to stimulate an appetite for better understanding of your colleagues.

  • Purpose: The food-making activity is a playful pretext for deeper conversations about what distinguishes you, what symbolizes its culture, and how those qualities translate into another medium. The resulting smørrebrød may end up looking very different from the traditional version.

Recreate history’s defining moments

With very few props, participants must recreate the history's defining moments. Roles must be assigned, texts must be written, and costumes must be worn. History must be documented by the participants with their own smartphones so that it can be shown to everyone.

  • Purpose: This game has the point of having participants discuss what matters, and unleash their imagination as well as creativity.

A new recruitment video

Using their own smartphones, participants discuss your company’s unique selling points in the competition for top talent and imagine what a new version of the company could look like. They will write a script for a short video and then bring it to life. Ready. Rolling. Action! The finished videos can be filmed and screened at the evening’s gala dinner.

  • Purpose: Video production serves as a tool to spark discussion about your organisation’s future and to surface participants’ ideas and visions for what the organization could become.
